A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last item of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) informing us of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the model cancellation form below, although this is not mandatory.

If you use this online option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including the content of your cancellation declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

The right to cancel expires prematurely for contracts involving the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right to cancel does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not residents of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Whenever possible, return the goods in their original packaging together with all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the goods are adequately protected against transport damage.

  2. Please do not return goods with postage due.

  3. Please note that the recommendations above are not a prerequisite for the valid exercise of your right to cancel.
