1. How do I order from SAINT VANTA?
Ordering from us is very simple! Just select the products you want, add them to your cart, and click "Checkout". There, you'll enter your shipping information and choose your preferred payment method. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. What payment methods does SAINT VANTA accept?
We accept all common payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, as well as instant bank transfer and bank transfer in advance. Your data will, of course, be transmitted securely and encrypted.
3. How long does shipping take?
Delivery time within Germany is usually 2-5 business days. For international orders, delivery time may vary depending on the location. More detailed information can be found in the shipping confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
4. Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can make changes or cancellations. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at support@saint-vanta.com or by phone. Once the order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
5. What can I do if a product is out of stock?
If a product is unavailable, we offer the option to be notified by email once it is back in stock. Simply use the "Notify me when available" function on the product page and we will keep you updated.
6. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process and receive a return label. Further information can be found in our return policy.
