We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges or returns can be made easily and simply via the following link. Click here.
Return period:
Our return policy allows you to return your package within 14 days of receipt without having to give a reason. This period begins on the day you received the package. Please note that the return must reach us within these 14 days.
Return conditions:
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
- Original tags must still be attached to the items.
- Return shipping costs are not refunded.
Important notes
We do not offer refunds for discounted items. However, these can be exchanged for another item from the same collection or redeemed for a voucher.
For 1+1 offers, both items must be returned together. It is not possible to receive a refund or a voucher if only one of the two items is returned. However, items from a 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only wish to exchange one of the two items, please only return the desired item and keep the other.
Return shipping costs:
The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer and varies depending on the shipping service provider and the country from which the package is returned.
Return processing time:
If you indicate an exchange when registering your return, we will start processing it immediately so that your exchange can be completed quickly.
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. After your package has arrived at our warehouse, processing will take place within 10 business days. You can track when the package reached our warehouse using the tracking number of your return process. The 10 business days begin from this point.
If the return is successfully processed, you will receive a notification. Please ensure that you have provided the correct email address so that we can contact you.
